This is more like it! This is the kind of building that Cheltenham is known for, unlike the apartments in yesterdays post. This Regency terrace is on the upmarket Suffolk Square, just on the edge of the town centre. When they were first built in the 1800's this terrace would have been individual grand houses, but now the majority are divided into flats. I wouldn't mind one with a wrought iron balcony.
Have a good weekend one and all!

Oh yes, much better! And if there was some flowers on all those balconies it would be fabulous. You know, like in New Orleans where flowers and plants are cascading from iron balconies and makes it very lush. You should write them a letter. ;)
That's definitely more like it! I'd like a wrought iron balcony too - perfect for climbers like clematis :)
Absolutely. The Cheltenham I rememeber. Far superior building with the wrought iron baclony. Geat back to back posts.

I agree with you. The older building does have more character and style.
I, myself live in a 1920's apartment building. I specifically wanted a pre-war building when I was looking to moved three years ago.
I'm thinking that the two flats that have the black and white balconies are owned either by the same person or by good friends with great sense of humor. ;D
