These are the columns around the Pitville Pump Room, which over looks the park of the same name. The winter sun lit the building beautifully the other day. That's it for today, I think the photos say it all.

Oooh I really love photographing this building. Isn't the stone a fantastic colour in the sun?
Such beautiful work. Very nice!
It wasn't my brother Brian that got married - it was our other brother, Greg! hehehe! You're paying attention though, that's good to know! lol!
They certainly do say so much. My comments will be hit and miss for a while, but I'll be around. Wintersun can be so srisp and clear that it's well worth experimenting with the landscape.
Beautiful columns Marley, well done!
I love the first photo with the golden sunlight on everything.
I've just been to your link — fascinating history. Such a grand building just for a deep well pump!
imposingly impressive
i really like the first photo, that would be an awesome front porch on a house =).... and in addition, me married? Nah! it was my older brother =) they say the 3rd time's a charm - let's hope so for his sake!
That's a great perspective! Also like the capital details.
Oh iI love the top one but I have a column fetish so I am all over the other two. Merci!

Lovely light for a very classic and regal looking structure. Nice!
Classic and I really like the way you composed the middle one. I never tire of seeing great architecture . . . captured so well.
Beautiful classical columns.
