Is this the next version of MTV Cribs? Bird Box Bling?! I think its a catchy title for a TV programme, probably only suitable for bird brains though (groan). Anyway, this caught my eye in the window of Accessorize on the Prom. I know I post quite a few photos of shop windows but I like them, hopefully you do too!

All I can say to this is "Oh.Dear.God." Don't let my aunt see this. She'll make one for all of us for Christmas.
Damien Hirst I presume. Now I love my little garden birds but this is a bling too far.
Well, I am guilty of putting up a Disney Princess birdhouse for my feathered friends. Not quite this extent of bling, but it is popular with house sparrows.
Very posh! A great place for the Hollywood Star-lings. (um, I must apologize for that truly dreadful pun I tried there). ;)

---as for Athens riots, I wouldn't have known anything had been going on. Just graffiti, a couple of broken windows, but no action.

How sparkly! I love to see photos of shop windows. It's always interesting to see what they have for sale in other places. A lot of window displays are so creative!
I love window shopping, but only when there are no crowds, and what could be less crowded than in front of my computer? :D
This made me smile. I like whimsical and sparkly things, and this is definitely both. Rather than a bird though, I'd place a fairy on that perch :)
A definite 'must have' item for Xmas.
