Neptune By Night

This is another photo from my night shoot around Cheltenham. The fountain hasn't had the water turned on yet this year, when it does I'll get another photo! Its a shame that Neptune or the horses aren't lit up more but it still looks good at night. For more info on the fountain check out my previous post http://cheltenhamdailyphoto-marley.blogspot.com/2008/01/dried-up-neptune.html.
Hope you all have a good Sunday!

I've got to figure out why I keep bumping into Neptune. Looking forward to seeing this fountain with water. Hey, I've got water here in Seattle I could send your way -:)

Great pic. I have been trying to figure out why fountains are empty this time of year. Is it in case they freeze?

Nice photo!

I took a picture of Neptune's Grotto outside the Library of Congress a couple of weeks ago without the water on. Like you, I'm going to have to go back and take a picture when they turn on the H2O.

lol... i was going to say it reminds me of the Trevi Fountain. Funny thing is, the only time I've been to Italy and went to see the Trevi Fountain, it had been emptied for repairs - so this REALLY reminds me of it... =) i was there in 1989, so it's probably time for another trip =)
