Two Things Challenge - Open / Road

Not the worlds most exciting photo but it fits the challenge this week! This is the M5 motorway that runs through Gloucestershire, linking the Midlands with the South West. Cheltenham is accessed by two junctions, Junction 10 and this one, Junction 11. There we are, that's it - not the most exciting post in the world either!

To see how others have interpreted this weeks Challenge, or to join in, head over to the Two Things Challenge blog.

You framed it very well. Now, I think it is a pity to waste a large part of the world for cars....

A scary road. How did you manage to find a patch with so few cars.

Excellent choice in every way. I realise now just how small my island is. Staggering image.

Well yes, the wide open road, ribbon of blacktop, well done. Not exciting? Ah, if I were here to drive in your part of the world, I'll guarantee excitement; I would keep forgetting to drive on the opposite side of the road.
