Sun seekers soaking up the rays in Imperial Gardens. Although we have spring flowers, summer seems to have arrived and cut the first season of the year short, not that anyone is complaining!

We're having a heat wave, you too? Spring is gone here. Nice park weather and you've shown us how lovely.

Unbelievable...all we've got here in southern Italy is wind and rain...the world has turned upside down!
lovely tulips
so nice!
Am currently a victim (since last Thursday...) of internet havoc, so I haven't been checking blogs!
This photo is so inviting...and warm.
Looks like it was a great day. I like the people sitting around the flowers, nice colors.
I am! Our summer lasted all of two weeks! :(
Sigh… to be able to lie down on dry grass on a sunny day. Lovely scene, lovely photo.
twas lovely last week but it has been nonstop rain all day today - hopefully there will more days like the one in your photo.
Beautiful flowers & everyone certain does seem to enjoy it!
A very English park :) We seem to make an effort with our planting which is good. Everyone looks really chilled and enjoying the weather.
It's been cold here this week - you're lucky to be soaking up the sun! I'm glad I went out on Saturday, when it was lovely -it's been rubbish weather since!
Thanks for sorting out the plant mystery, I've looked at pictures of berberis and think you're right about my strange plant!
What a lovely sight and blend of colours. Jealous since our days of late have been gray, gloomy, and depressing. Enjoy the lovely weather!
Lucky you, Marley. We seem stuck between winter and spring. A few days of sun, then the cold wind and rain return. Bah!!
