Changing View - June

The second day of the month can mean only one thing at Cheltenham DP - Changing View! This photo is the tenth in a series that record the changes that take place in exactly the same spot every month. And this month I can finally show you green leaves and sun! Summer has at last arrived. Notice the bloke leaning against the bollard. He obviously wanted to get in on the act!

To see how the view has changed click on 'changing view' in the labels below.

It is definitely lush now and the sunlight is a boon. I have a small request. Would it be possible for you to link your previous images in the next "changing view" post? I think others along with myself, would like to see them in relation to each other. Quite an eye opener when you re view the earlier ones.

(Inspired idea btw and I do wish I had thought of this. Right up my proverbial street.)

Glad you have sun. Here it has been raining for several days and it's supposed to last all week...tea and scone time. I was going to comment on the leaning man, too!

I agree with Babooshka it would be great to see the changing views together. Hasn't summer arrived with a rush. The trees turned green almost overnight.

Lovely shade trees they are too! Just look at those wonderfully shady paths!

Thanks for curbing my enthusiasm. You are quite right. A respective of images in one go showing the changing views would be more potent.

This is such a great series! I think, when I get back to the States, I might do something similar on Whidbey Island.
