A small sliver of blue has appeared! At last! Has summer finally arrived here in Cheltenham? No. The weathermen report another wet weekend. Surprise, surprise. We had our typical marine layer this morning, but that burned off and now the sky is quite blue. July and August and even September are often almost without rain in Seattle. I do suspect our weather during the rest of the year is as British as yours.
Quick! Enjoy it while you can! So glad summer cooperated for Sky Watch, if only temporarily.
Ok, you've had your day of summer, no chuck it our way. It is avery optimistic patch of blue being forced out by that nasty cloud. BOO HISS!
It is supposed to rain here all weekend but we have had some lovely hot July weather.....not that I personally was complaining about the cooler weather!

I am sure there are some who has grabbed their sun bathing decks/chairs and relaxing under the sun.
Rain in a tropical country is like leaves on trees. If you don't find a lot of it, then it means big trouble. LOL.

What a pretty picture. Those high feathery clouds look like streaks left behind when the puffy ones moved on.
But it's the clouds that make the sky interesting! I hope the weatherman is wrong and you get to enjoy that patch of blue for the w.e.

Thanks for your comment on my blog - sadly the blue sky in the picture was from a few weeks ago, I don't think Glasgow weather is any better than Chelt's at the moment!

Well, the brief blue between the clouds made a beautiful picture!
Great sky - just one question... do you guys have webbed feet over there? Seems like you'd almost have to, to get around in all the rain you have.
What a beautiful and interesting photo! The thin cloud lines connecting the two big clouds are so meaningful! Very nice!
