Just One Cornetto...

When I took this photo on Monday it was perfect ice cream weather, but now the weather has turned. Its humid, overcast and rainy. I can tell you, its certainly not Greece! The thought of a cone on a hot day should keep me going though. This ice cream seller needs to keep an eye of his stall, someone is making off with one. Perhaps he should call the police and ask for the Cold Case Team!

As D.C Confidential pointed out in the first comment, I didn't tell you my favourite flavour of ice cream. I think I'll have to go with mint choc chip. Whats your favourite?

Ice cream. Yum! Hey, you didn't tell us what your favorite flavor is.

Mine's coconut-almond-fudge.

"Louis" is VERY choosy about ice cream! He only likes two kinds: homemade and store bought.

"Louis" is buried deeper than his cowbell in a work project for the next several weeks. He will stop and visit, but may not stay long enough to 'sign the guest registry'.

My favourite is always.. the one I'm eating. Childish I know. We aren't exactly having ice cream weather either, but that won't stop me.

Nice picture - as to favourite ice cream - well it's difficult to say - something with red berries - Cherry or Raspberry Ripple - Black Forest.

Coffer or Vanilla - do not know when to stop ..

That ice cream vendor looks bored out of his mind! Was it a slow day? ROTFL

My favorite flavors: chocolate, sabayon and rum raisin.

I'm going away for a few weeks, Marley. I'll see you again in August. Wishing you a bright and dry July weather. :)

Cheers!

I'm not normally an ice-cream person (call me snobby but I prefer frozen yoghurt - yes there is a difference!!). But on a really hot day I don't find it too difficult to force one down :)

I think I'd probably go for chocolate, though I had an amazing mango icecream once which was delicious.

Bizarrest icecream I've ever had - brown bread icecream - seriously! I even got the recipe, but lost it before i could make it. It actually tasted much nicer than it sounds!

looks like he is watching someone else instead of who ever is attached to that hand on the right.
My favourite flavours.... hmmm anything berry, anything tropical, rum & rasin, coconut, .... anything that is not blue funny coloured or with things that shouldn't be in ice cream.

What a perfectly neat post you have here. I like the trick or treat at the end too. I see the hand and wondered if he had paid?

Thanks for the really nice compliment on my blog Marley.

I like the ice cream cart. It looks so authentic..like those good old days when ice cream was made at home..

My favourite flavour would be chocolate chip.

I bet it was a cone the merchant had prepared and set up there and the buyer was just not fast enough taking it before the merchant began to look around for new prospects. It would be difficult for anyone to use the scoop without him noticing it. Don't you think?
