Sky Watch Friday

I did it! I remembered to join in with Sky Watch Friday! Normally I see other peoples blogs on a Friday and remember I forgot!

This is a wheat field, just outside of Cheltenham, with a storm brewing above. In the distance you can see the Cotswolds. Check out all the other Sky Watch participants here.

This is a beautiful photograph, Marley. I like the barn in the picture too and it looks like it has had three doors replaced or some siding. Looks like new barn siding to me.

Well, I enlarged the photo and it looks even better because you can see the details in the surrounding hills. Nice photo.

Oh wow! What a dramatic sky scene. It contrasts very nicely with the serene meadow and farm house.

We're happy to see you here for SWF, Marley!

"Louis" being an early riser, caught San Francisco waking up. Louis attributes the camera shake to (A) it was still early enough that "Louis's" caffeine meter was not yet out of the red zone and (B) the lack of a tripod for a shot like this....

Despite the storm, I wish I could just lay on the wheat field and watch the clouds floating by...

Argh, got by the word verification bouncers again! ;)

My original comment, which is now somewhere out there in the ether, was to say that this is a great picture, it looks like a quintessential moody English sky to me! I love the barn in the foreground, it really makes the picture I think.
