Sinking Feeling

Imagine inviting your friends for an afternoon on your boat. You've packed a lunch. You've promised views of the countryside along the river. You all pile onto the jetty to show off your pride and joy. Then this.
More water in the boat than in the river is never a good start to a boat trip!

Nice photo. I am afraid there are a lot of boats like this down south in New Orleans now and all around that area with more hurricanes on the way.

If you sent me your email address I can tell you or send you a template and show you how to make it more uniform. Once you learn that then you can do it all yourself. My email address is on my profile.

Oh no! Great title for the photo :)
How have you been?!

I love the title, but then I would. Great opportunity shot. It pays to be observant.

I would take Abe up on his offer.
His blogs are brilliant, and his wildlife photography is truly stunning.

Eek!

That's not going to be left just like that, will it? How do you dispose of a junk boat?

Just how many people tried to board this boat? Quick, save the Guinness!

why not lay the picnic on the jetty and everyone jump in for a swim?

Oh, that is a bit unfortunate! Luckily I doubt I'll ever be rich enough to be in a position to mourn a trashed boat!

Hope the boat's not called the Titanic!

Be interesting to know how it sunk. Did it hit a particularly dangerous water lily perhaps?
