Who fancies living in a penthouse apartment? I know I do. No noisy neighbours above you, room to swing a cat, outdoor space, great views. What more could you want?!
Cheltenham, like many towns and cities across the UK, has seen lots of apartment buildings like this one being built over the last few years. Of course, with the current financial situation, sales are slowing down and prices are falling. Perhaps I'll be able to afford a penthouse sooner than I thought!

Even we have a rash of this type of housing appear over the last few years. Tremendously overpriced, vacnt since built and can see remaining so. A room with a view at too dear a price.
I sure hope you can swing it. Let us know, and we'll all pop over for a penthouse warming party. in this economy, who knows what will become affordable?
hmm... i don't think i'd try swinging either of my cats! nice penthouse though!
I hope you get your penthouse some day! I don't think I'll ever be able to afford it. Those terraces are beautiful! I think I'd settle for an apartment with a terrace.
lovely brick - don't see that over in SoCal too often on new buildings. It's nice with the white windows and balconies.
Swing a cat - I'll have to see if my son wants to try that one.
Room to swing a cat? I think they have leagues for that.
Room to swing a cat,lol....Here the saying is, like for instance if there is alot of something, "You can't swing a dead cat without hitting ...... (fill in the blank)!
Penthouse living??? I've never been a penthouse type girl, probably could do it as a vacation home, lol. I need land and room to run, or swing cats ;)
The important part in all of that is the swinging the cat bit! LOL!
Urban living can have it's benefits. Price is not one of them.
Room to swing a cat?! Never heard that one before! Shhh...Tigro and Blackie might hear us...
Not me...to far to get there from the ground floor!
Apartments out your way? I thought it was all stunningly beautiful cottages.
But how does your cat feel about that?
Our downtown is sprouting a lot of expensive condos in rehabbed buildings, with deee-luxe penthouses. Any of which I regretfully do not inhabit.
