I'm not. This, as I've said before, is a common sight in not just my town but towns up and down the country, and the world. The economic climate has brought about the closure of dozens of businesses in Cheltenham. I think the Letting agent will have this retail unit on the books for a while to come yet. Green shoots anyone?Sorry for the lack of comments, as I've said before, I've got loads on this week. I'm sure all your photos are fantastic!

I saw the sign on the side and thought it said TOILETS!
Guess I was in France too long. Sorry to see you are experiencing the same thing we are here. Shop after shop shutting down. Sooo sad.

Sorrow would now be a better name for this place, though it probably wouldn't attract many customers either. Clever shot.

Seems everyone is shopping online in the UK. Lets hope envy turns into something great fr the community.
I think ours is still open, but another top end fashion shop closed the other week. Even with the sale markdowns, they were still asking £50 for T shirts.
I'm always surprised to see posters for circuses, plays and concerts in windows of empty shops. How do they get there?
This is a sad state of the economy. On an inventive note . . . GM-I think the playbills are made by some very small furry 4-legged artists that freelance at night . . .
Same story all over...but you may be on to something as the Green stores are doing well in these fearful times. Envy gone Green?
